onEdu v1.2 was released February 5th. It is a major step forward for onEdu which now comes with a comprehensive student record system. With just two clicks, an administrator can pull up all records of a student, right from day one that the student has been with the school. The information is conveniently presented in a summary format. The details of each category of information (personal, academic, attendance, awards and rewards, fees payment and library transactions) can be reviewed with just another click. The information and trends in the data are presented in a graphical format for easy consumption. Comprehensive Student Record System was prioritized and developed based on expressed need by existing and potential customers, who found obtaining information very difficult when a parent walked in to talk about their child. With this feature, school management can quickly pull up the information and engage the parent in a value added conversation at any instant.
