Rajagopal Yadavalli is a first time entrepreneur and founder of Winnou Systems and Services (P) Ltd. With a conviction that software does not have to be complex and expensive, he is on a mission to deliver simple, user friendly and cost effective technology solutions. By fusing open source technologies with SaaS concepts, he has created a platform for delivery of information solutions that provide higher service levels than mainstream commercial software solutions, at a fraction of the cost.
Putting customers needs up front, he has designed a business model at Winnou that ensures customers continue to receive the high levels of support throughout the lifecycle. His stated goal for Winnou is “to drive adoption of open source software and deliver it as a service...on tap”.
In his most recent corporate role as an Associate Director at Sierra Atlantic, Rajagopal led one of its key technology practices. Earlier, as part of the senior management at CellExchange, he led the development of the offshore practice. Prior to that as a Principal Consultant with Oracle and GEC NA, Rajagopal was instrumental in implementing several large ERP package implementation programs at Fortune 500 organizations (such as EATON, DANA, Unocal and Ingersoll Rand). He started his career with Keane, Cincinnati as a senior consultant and delivered projects for NCR in Dayton, OH.
Rajagopal has an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands. He also has a Masters degree in Engineering from University of Toledo and a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from College of Engineering, Osmania University. He was CPIM certified by APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society) in 1998. Janaki Jandhyala
Director Janaki is one of the founder directors of the firm. Apart from day to day operations, she handles the finances of the firm and also contributes to the product development efforts. Janaki holds a diploma in German language from Osmania University and is a part-time faculty at the Institute of Foreign Languages, Ramakrishna Mutt, Hyderabad. She has completed masters courses in Computer Science from University of North Carolina, Charlotte and is a Sun Certified Java Programmer. She holds a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Associate Solution Development Anil is one of the first employee to join the firm. He is an expert in Joomla! and has gained extensive hands on experience of the education domain. He is the go-to-guy for resolution of technical issues at the company and handles one of our large accounts today. Anil has a masters degree from Indian Institute of Science(IISc), Bangalore. He has exposure to ORACLE, php and Mysql. His areas of interest include Database management, Computer Applications and Administration. Renuka Kasagani
Associate Solution Development Renuka has been with the firm ever since day one. She is an avid learner and a patient worker. Renuka is our resident Joomla! template and user interface expert. Renuka has a bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University. Her Areas of interest include Database Management and Web Application Development.

Abijith is our sales team. He has enormous amounts of patience to work with potential customers in understading their problems and suggesting solutions that meet their needs. Abijith has been instrumental in opening up some of the key accounts for the organization. Prior to Winnou, Abijith worked with Citibank for 2 years. Abijith holds a PGDM degree from Siva Sivani Institute of Management Hyderabad. Girish Guntaka
Associate – Solution Development Girish is an amazingly meticulous software engineer. He has quickly ramped up on the technologies and is now a key player in our delivery team. Girish holds a MIT(Masters of Information Technology) from Monash University, Australia and a BCA from Osmania University. He has a role in each and every project delivered by the firm and is the acknowledged creative mind of the company.
