Grievance Redressal

The purpose of this module is to establish a transparent and active grievance redressal process at the institute.


  • Encourages positive behavior and adherence to established practices on part of the institutional stakeholders

  • Clear view of grievances logged till date and their statuses

  • Transparent process of grievance redressal that is clearly visible to the grieving party


  • Setup grievance redressal committee and add members to it

  • Students may log their grievance at any time from anywhere 

  • Grievances logged are automatically routed to the committee members and they are alerted by email/SMS

  • Action taken by committee members can be updated at any time. 

  • Grievance statuses include “In Progress”, “Resolved” and “Closed”

  • Grievances can be moved to resolved status by committee members

  • Grievances can be closed only by the originator.
