The purpose of this module is to establish a transparent and active grievance redressal process at the institute.
Encourages positive behavior and adherence to established practices on part of the institutional stakeholders
Clear view of grievances logged till date and their statuses
Transparent process of grievance redressal that is clearly visible to the grieving party
Setup grievance redressal committee and add members to it
Students may log their grievance at any time from anywhere
Grievances logged are automatically routed to the committee members and they are alerted by email/SMS
Action taken by committee members can be updated at any time.
Grievance statuses include “In Progress”, “Resolved” and “Closed”
Grievances can be moved to resolved status by committee members
Grievances can be closed only by the originator.
