aSc is an award winning time table making software that is used in over 170 countries for the past 20 years. We are happy to inform that you can now make your timetable in aSc software and then export to onEdu with a few mouse clicks.
Description: Timetable preparation is a tedious process at most large institutions that needs to take into account the resource and scheduling constraints of faculty, class rooms and student cohorts. This takes weeks to complete for a team of several faculty and administrators to complete. When one of our partner institution wanted to use aSc software, we worked with them to integrate the two softwares to make it easy to port information from aSc to onEdu. You can now export data out of aSc and import directly into onEdu. With exception management and visual checks to ensure data is recognised well within onEdu, we ensure that not a single record misses the transfer. Every class is important and we don’t want our students to miss any!
Note that we already have an integration that works with open source and freely available timetable making softwares like FET and CELCAT. You can continue to use them as well.
